　　中新社福州4月28日电 (记者 闫旭 龙敏)福建省台办副主任陈志勇28日在福州表示，近期，福建省有关部门着眼广大台胞需求，立足增进台胞福祉，继续研究制定了一批政策措施，共三个方面13条，促进两岸融合发展。

　　当天，福建省举行贯彻落实《中共中央 国务院关于支持福建探索海峡两岸融合发展新路 建设两岸融合发展示范区的意见》系列第三场新闻发布会，发布第二批政策措施。去年11月27日的首场相关主题新闻发布会，发布了15条惠台利民政策措施。

　　此次发布的新措施涉及三个方面。其中，在便利台胞来闽交流和工作生活方面有4条措施，包括在闽政通APP设立“台胞专区”；在平潭综合实验区工作的台湾同胞个人所得税税负差额补贴“免申即享”；健全完善“台胞医保健保福建线上服务平台”；面向马祖同胞推出“福马同城通”卡。

　　扶持台资企业发展方面有6条措施，包括设立台商海峡两岸产业投资基金；依托海峡股权交易中心“台资板”进一步服务台资企业；在福州、厦门、泉州实施对台跨境贸易便利政策；加大对台资农业企业金融服务支持；支持闽台航运船舶和企业发展；推动闽台共同开展标准共通合作。

　　鼓励台湾同胞来闽就业创业和培训实习方面有3条措施，包括组织实施海峡两岸互联网营销师培训就业创业扶持计划；拓展台胞参与福建气象工作渠道；为台胞在闽参加多种类船员培训、申办大陆船员证书提供便利。

　　陈志勇称，以上政策措施涉及的部门都已做好工作准备。近段时间以来，福建各地各有关部门也陆续制定了一系列对台政策措施，推进两岸融合发展示范区建设。下一步，将继续以台湾同胞福祉为念，率先同台湾同胞分享发展机遇和成果，让台湾同胞在共建两岸融合发展示范区中利益更多、福祉更实、未来更好。(完)
